Great everyday socks for folks who spend lots of time outside, or have cold feet. Only a couple of washings in, but so far these seem to be holding together well. There was some shrinkage even with a cool wash, so ordering a size larger than your shoe size might be in order.

I do like these socks a lot, because the wool keeps my feet warm and dry. However they seem different than the ones I ordered last year. The toe seam is bulky and awkward on my toes. Also when I wash these and hang them to dry in our laundry room, they have an unpleasant scent. I guess I could try another order, but I wouldn't want to unless I have a bit of a deal.

I have not worn the socks yet. When I ordered the single 3 pack with my discount it came up short of free shipping. I scrolled back to add another 3 pack to get free shipping. I had originally selected size large but when I added the additional pack it defaulted to medium. I noticed the problem when I got order conformation. I immediately emailed customer service to make the change. They replied that the order could not be changed but I could send them back for an exchange. I made the change to avoid shipping and now I would have to pay shipping twice to make the exchange. I could have ordered it through Amazon but I thought it was better to deal directly with the company so they would make all the revenue. The thing is, had I ordered through Amazon they give you 24 hours to change your order.
My point is I reacted within minutes and addressed the issue and you should have been able to correct it. I have used these socks in the past and liked them well. Now they are sitting here not being worn. Being the kind of person I am I can't see myself paying return shipping and shipping back to me that is equal to the cost of a 3 pack of your socks. So, on my way south I occasionally pass Mt.Airy on I-77 so expect to see me in the future to stop in and make the exchange.

I planned to exchange the purchase, only to find out that I need to pay the shipping, and CS was not helpful in trying to help with the exchange. I will buy from Amazon, or other reputated retailers that actual do better QC. I would like to support the company, but it does not want my business, and loyalty, hence I leave.

These socks are very long-lasting and only seem to get a hole in the sole due to wearing them around the house without shoes.
I have some problem with lymph circulation above my ankles and I have liked these because they have only a little bit of elastic thread. But the medium size socks started to restrict the lymph flow, so I got the large size and now do not have that problem. This size is a bit loose on the foot but not a problem for me.
I love these socks and wear them year around. Wool socks do not develop odors like cotton and acrylic socks can.
